Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every parent to feel confident buying from Brainwiz. This policy explains when you can cancel a purchase and how refunds work for the Brainwiz AI Assessment and other programmes sold by Brainwizard Solutions Private Limited.

1. Before the assessment starts

You can cancel and get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase, as long as your child has not started the assessment.

2. After the assessment has started

Once your child has started the assessment, the service is being delivered and the purchase is not refundable, except in the situations below.

3. When we will always help

• Technical problems on our side: if a fault with our platform stops your child from completing the assessment, we will offer a free re-attempt. If a re-attempt is not possible, we will give you a full refund.
• Report not delivered: if we do not deliver the report within 14 working days of the assessment being completed, you can choose a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the extra payment in full.

4. What is not covered

• Disagreement with the results or observations in the report.
• An access link that expired unused after 90 days.
• Problems caused by the user’s own device or internet connection. We are happy to help troubleshoot and, where reasonable, will reset access once.
• Access suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@brainwiz.in with “Refund request” in the subject line. Please include the parent’s name, the email used at purchase, the payment reference and the reason for the request.

6. Processing time

We will confirm your request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.

7. Rescheduling

There is no fixed date for the assessment. Your child can take it at any time within 90 days of purchase, so no rescheduling is needed. If you need more time because of illness or exams, write to us and we will do our best to extend access.
